Research Achievements
  • Discovered accessory glandular tissues distributed in the intrahepatic bile duct system, elucidating their role in bile duct pathogenesis
  • Systematically studied primary biliary cirrhosis, identifying abnormal expression of pyruvate dehydrogenase E2 component in biliary epithelium related to autoimmune biliary duct damage
  • Clarified the natural immune mechanism of the biliary tract, establishing the involvement of Toll-like receptors in biliary tract disorders and the development of autoimmune biliary tract diseases
